Where do I pick up my tickets at Angels Stadium? If you are driving separately, we will be handing out your tickets at gate 6 starting around 5:30pm. Look for an adult in our gray Instrumental Music polo and give them your name. They will refer to a list and hand you the number of tickets you have previously purchased.
3:00pm load buses and truck
3:30pm depart for Angels Stadium
4:10pm arrival; unload
4:30pm-5:30pm- Dress Rehearsal
5:30pm-5:45pm – Explanation of entering on/off the field
5:45pm-6:15pm – Students line up to take the field
6:28pm – Students Perform
8:30pm load buses for departure
9:15pm return to NHHS; unload and dismissal
Attire for Marching Sailors: Gray polos and jeans (the rest of the polos will be handed out Tuesday and Wednesday next week
Food is NOT provided; please bring your own dinner or money to buy something from one of the many fabulous concession stands at the stadium.
NO BAGS (backpacks, purses, or personal items) are allowed onto the field during the performance due to stadium policy. Only bags in compliance with Angel Stadium bag policy will be allowed into the stadium. We recommend any team duffle bags or backpacks be left in the car/bus. Any bags left in the rehearsal area will be unsupervised during the performance.
Parents or children not performing will NOT be permitted on the field or in the tunnel during the performance. Please have parents enter the stadium after dropping their child off in the rehearsal space.
Equipment left in the rehearsal area during the performance will not be supervised!
Parents are only allowed to re-enter the stadium through Gates 6 and 7. They can come out to reconvene with their child and re-enter the game as fans.
Riding the bus: we will have limited seating available for any parent or family member that would like to ride on one of the buses; first-come, first-served basis. Priority will go to staff and chaperones.
